After the first round of the LIV Golf tournament in Singapore, Sebastian Munoz of Colombia scored a 6-under 65 on Friday to take the lead.

At the Singaporean Sentosa Golf Club, six players—Thomas Pieters, Brooks Koepka, Cameron Tringale, Abraham Ancer, Martin Kaymer, and Kevin Na—were a stroke behind after rounds of 66.

After shooting 68, Brendan Steele, the winner from last week, was three strokes off the lead.

After joining LIV in December, Jon Rahm has failed to win and was four strokes behind after shooting 69. But Rahm is the only athlete who has placed among the top 10 in each of the six 2024 events.
